The Nikolaos P. Goulandris Foundation - Museum of Cycladic Art is a museum in Athens that houses a notable collection of artifacts of Cycladic art. The museum was founded in 1986 in order to house the collection of Cycladic and Ancient Greek art belonging to Nikolaos and Dolly Goulandris. Museum of Cycladic Art is situated 270 metres southwest of Gallery Petraki.

The Lyceum was a temple in Athens dedicated to Apollo Lyceus. It was best known for the Peripatetic school of philosophy founded there by Aristotle in 334 BC. Lyceum is situated 420 metres south of Gallery Petraki.

The Parthenon is a former temple on the Athenian Acropolis, Greece, that was dedicated to the goddess Athena. Its decorative sculptures are considered some of the high points of classical Greek art, and the Parthenon is considered an enduring symbol of ancient Greece, Western civilisation, and democracy. Parthenon is situated 1½ km southwest of Gallery Petraki.

Neapoli is a neighborhood of Athens, Greece. It is located on the northern slope of Mount Lycabettus. Neapoli means 'new city.' The name originally comes from the fact that it was a new area of Athens built beyond Praxitelous and Evripidou streets during the decades when the city was starting to become urbanised.
