Askov Højskole is a Danish folk high school, that is located in the village of Askov in southern Jutland between Kolding and Esbjerg. It was founded in 1865 as an extension of Denmark's first folk high school, which had been established in 1844 in Rødding by Christian Flor. Askov Højskole is situated 210 metres west of Askotten.

Askov is a small town, with a population of 1,974, in Vejen Municipality, Southern Denmark Region in Denmark. Askov is located just west of Vejen. The two towns are separated by a few hundred meters of open land and are connected by a combined road and bicycle path with street lights.

Vejen is a railway town of about 10,000 people between Esbjerg and Kolding in South Jutland. The town emerged in ancient times as an important waypoint for agricultural transport on the Jutlandic Ox Road trail, used for herding cattle and soldiers from Denmark to Germany.
