Asuka-dera, also known as Hōkō-ji, is a Buddhist temple located in the village of Asuka, Nara Prefecture, Japan. It currently belongs to the Shingon-shū Buzan-ha sect. Asuka-dera Temple is situated 440 metres east of Amakashi Hill Observation Deck.

The Asuka Mizuochi Site was a water clock located in Asuka in the Kansai region of Japan during the Asuka period. Its ruins were designated a National Historic Site of Japan in 1976 with the area under protection expanded in 1982. Asuka Mizuochi ruins is situated 260 metres east of Amakashi Hill Observation Deck.
