Barekamutyun is one of the two terminal stations of the Yerevan Metro, opened on 7 March 1981. The station is located in the center of Yerevan, in the Arabkir District, with access to Marshal Baghramyan Avenue, Kievyan, Hrachia Kochar, Kalents, and Vazgen I Streets. Barekamutyun is situated 120 metres northeast of Barekamutyun Metro.

Armenian Genocide Memorial

The Armenian Genocide Memorial complex is Armenia's official memorial dedicated to the victims of the Armenian genocide, built in 1967 on the hill of Tsitsernakaberd in Yerevan. Armenian Genocide Memorial is situated 1¼ km south of Barekamutyun Metro.

Hrazdan Stadium is a multi-use, all-seater stadium in Yerevan, Armenia, opened in 1970. Being the largest sports venue in Armenia, Hrazdan was mostly used for football matches. Hrazdan Stadium is situated 2 km south of Barekamutyun Metro.

Kond is one of the oldest quarters of Yerevan. It is situated within the boundaries of the modern-day Kentron District of the capital of Armenia. According to Hovhannes Shahkhatunyants, an Armenian historian, Kond is located at the western and southern hillsides and foot of a rocky hill with similar name.
