The Monastery of Santa Catalina de Siena is a large monastery of the Dominican Second Order, located in Arequipa, Peru. It was consecrated in 1579 and is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Historical Centre of the City of Arequipa". Santa Catalina Monastery is situated 230 metres northwest of SUNARP.

The Basilica Cathedral of Arequipa is located in the Main Square "Plaza de Armas" of the city of Arequipa, province of Arequipa, Peru. It is the most important Catholic church of the city and also of the larger Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Arequipa since it is the base of the archbishop and the metropolitan council. Basilica Cathedral of Arequipa is situated 250 metres southwest of SUNARP.

The Tristán del Pozo House, later the Ricketts House, is a Spanish-era andean baroque house in Arequipa, Peru. The house began construction in 1738 after being commissioned by its first owner, Domingo Carlos Tristán del Pozo, and has gone through several owners, being owned by BBVA Perú since 1974. Tristán del Pozo House is situated 210 metres southwest of SUNARP.
