Trinasus or Trinasos, or Trinassus or Trinassos, was a town and fortress of ancient Laconia, situated upon a promontory near the head of the Laconian Gulf, and 30 stadia above Gythium. Trinasus is situated 110 metres northwest of Trinasos.

Dimitrios is a Greek shipwreck famous due to its picturesque location on an easily accessible sandy beach near Gythio, Greece.
