Zvartnots Cathedral is a medieval Armenian cathedral near Vagharshapat, Armenia. Built in the seventh century and now lying in ruins, Zvartnots was noted for its circular exterior structure, unique in medieval Armenian architecture, and a set of interior piers that upheld a multifloor structure crowned with a dome. Zvartnots Cathedral is situated 1¼ km southeast of Alfa Pharm.

Saint Hripsime Church is a seventh-century Armenian Apostolic church in the city of Vagharshapat, Armenia. It was built in 618 by Catholicos Komitas over the tomb of Hripsime, a Roman virgin murdered by Tiridates III and a key figure in the Christianization of Armenia. Saint Hripsime Church is situated 1¼ km west of Alfa Pharm.
