The Heraklion Archaeological Museum is a museum located in Heraklion on Crete. It is one of the largest museums in Greece, and the best in the world for Minoan art, as it contains by far the most important and complete collection of artefacts of the Minoan civilization of Crete. Heraklion Archaeological Museum is situated 790 metres west of Χαλκιαδάκης.

The Historical Museum of Crete is a museum in Heraklion, Crete. It was founded by the Society of Cretan Historical Studies in 1953 and was originally housed in the former home of Minos Kalokairinos. Historical Museum of Crete is situated 1½ km west of Χαλκιαδάκης.

The Cathedral of Saint Titus is a Greek Orthodox church in the city of Heraklion, on the island of Crete, Greece. dedicated to Saint Titus. The current church was built in 1869 as a mosque, called the Yeni Cami, after the previous building was destroyed by the earthquake of 1856. Saint Titus Church is situated 1 km west of Χαλκιαδάκης.
