The Teatro Manuel Ascencio Segura is a theatre and concert hall located in the Jirón Huancavelica of Lima, Peru. First built in 1615, it is considered the oldest theatre in Latin America.

The Casa O'Higgins is a colonial-style building located in the historic centre of Lima, specifically located in the Jirón de la Unión, a few metres from the Plaza de Armas of the Peruvian capital. Casa O’Higgins is situated 170 metres east of SUTEP.
