Aviva Stadium, also known as the Dublin Arena, is a sports stadium located in Dublin, Ireland. It has a capacity of 51,711. It is built on the site of the former Lansdowne Road Stadium, which was demolished in 2007, and replaced it as home to its chief tenants: the Ireland national rugby union team and the Republic of Ireland football team. Aviva Stadium is situated 1 km southeast of Charlotte Quay.

The Bord Gáis Energy Theatre is a performing arts venue, located in the Docklands of Dublin, Ireland. It is Ireland's largest fixed-seat theatre. It was designed by Daniel Libeskind for the DDDA, built by Joe O'Reilly, and opened by Harry Crosbie on 18 March 2010. Bord Gáis Energy Theatre is situated 240 metres northwest of Charlotte Quay.

Grand Canal Dock is an urban area on the Southside of Dublin, Ireland. It is located on the border of eastern Dublin 2 and the westernmost part of Ringsend in Dublin 4, surrounding the Grand Canal Docks, an enclosed harbour where the Grand Canal meets the River Liffey. Grand Canal Dock is situated 180 metres southeast of Charlotte Quay.
