The railway station was situated in a historical building, constructed between 1844 and 1847 by Rosenbaum, which lies parallel to the tracks. Kraków Główny Railway Station is situated 520 metres southeast of Ksero u Mańka.

It was built for the Montelupi family, descendants of an Italian-born merchant Sebastiano Montelupi, banker in the court of King Sigismund III Vasa. Montelupi Palace is situated 230 metres south of Ksero u Mańka.
