The Mayfair Arts & Culture Centre Te Whare Toi ō Kaikōura, commonly referred to as the Mayfair Theatre or just The Mayfair, is a 1934 Art Deco movie theatre in Kaikōura, New Zealand. Mayfair Theatre is situated 3½ km east of Ocean Ridge.

Takahanga Marae

Takahanga Marae is a marae of the Ngāti Kuri hapū of Ngāi Tahu in Kaikōura, in the South Island of New Zealand. The marae was built in the 1980s on the site of a historic pā that existed prior to European colonisation. Takahanga Marae is situated 3½ km east of Ocean Ridge.
