Donetsk Academic Regional Drama Theatre or Mariupol Drama Theatre is a theatre in Mariupol in southern Ukraine. The modern theatre was constructed in 1960 in the approximate location of the former Church of Mary Magdalene. Theatre of Drama is situated 260 metres northwest of Музей народного побуту.

Mariupol is a city in southeastern Ukraine on the north coast of the Sea of Azov, and at the mouth of the Kalmius. With a population of 432,000 in 2021, it was the tenth largest city in Ukraine before the Russian invasion of 2022, and the second largest in the Donetsk Oblast.
