Musagenitsa Metro Station is a station on the Sofia Metro in Bulgaria. It opened on 8 May 2009, together with four more metro stations. Musagenitsa is situated 290 metres southwest of Billa.

The Museum of Socialist Art in Sofia is a museum of art which covers the history of the communist era in Bulgaria. It was established on 19 September 2011 amidst a controversy over the name, which was initially proposed as "Museum of Totalitarian Art". Museum of Socialist Art is situated 1 km northwest of Billa.

Arena 8888 Sofia is a multi-purpose indoor arena located in Sofia, Bulgaria. Opened in July 2011, it has a seating capacity of 12,373. It was formerly called Arena Armeets after the Bulgarian insurance company Armeets purchased the naming rights, until the sponsorship was terminated in October 2022. Arena 8888 Sofia is situated 1¼ km north of Billa.
