United States Fleet Activities Yokosuka or Commander Fleet Activities Yokosuka is a United States Navy base in Yokosuka, Japan. Its mission is to maintain and operate base facilities for the logistic, recreational, administrative support and service of the U.S. United States Fleet Activities Yokosuka is situated 150 metres northeast of Rokuban Tower.

Mikasa is a pre-dreadnought battleship built for the Imperial Japanese Navy in the late 1890s, and is the only ship of her class. Named after Mount Mikasa in Nara, Japan, the ship served as the flagship of Vice Admiral Tōgō Heihachirō throughout the Russo-Japanese War of 1904–1905, including the Battle of Port Arthur on the second day of the war and the Battles of the Yellow Sea and Tsushima. Memorial Ship Mikasa is situated 1 km southeast of Rokuban Tower.
