Haus Konstruktiv, or Museum Haus Konstruktiv, is an arts foundation founded by private individuals in 1986 in Zürich, Switzerland. From 1987 to spring 2001, it was located at Seefeldstrasse 317 in the outer Seefeld area of Zurich and was known as the "House for Constructive and Concrete Art". Haus Konstruktiv is situated 360 metres northwest of SAW-Siedlung Sihlquai.

The Migros Museum of Contemporary Art is a museum for contemporary art in Zürich, Switzerland. Founded in 1996 by Gottlieb Duttweiler, the museum was directed by Rein Wolfs up until 2001, when he was replaced by Heike Munder. Migros Museum of Contemporary Art is situated 390 metres northwest of SAW-Siedlung Sihlquai.
