It shares border with Changshaoying Manchu Ethnic Township and Fengjiayu Town to its north, Bulaotun and Xiwengzhuang Towns to its east, Xitiangezhuang and Huaibei Towns to its south, as well as Liulimiao and Tanghekou Towns to its west. Shicheng is situated 5 km northeast of Lookoff.

Situated on the southwest of the Miyun Reservoir, it borders Shicheng and Bulaotun Towns to the north, Mujiayu Town to the east, Miyun Town to the south, and Xitiangezhuang Town to the west. Xiwengzhuang is situated 7 km southeast of Lookoff.
