Hitachi-Aoyagi Station is a passenger railway station in the city of Hitachinaka, Ibaraki, Japan operated by East Japan Railway Company.

The Kōdōkan was the largest han school in Bakumatsu period Japan. Located in Mito, Ibaraki Prefecture, three of its buildings have been designated Important Cultural Properties and the school is a Special Historic Site. Kōdōkan is situated 1¼ km southwest of Hitachi-Aoyagi.
