Zhihua Temple

The Zhihua Temple is a Ming dynasty-era Buddhist temple in Beijing, China. It is located in the Lumicang hutong, in the Chaoyangmen area of Dongcheng District, within the Second Ring Road to the north of Jinbaojie Street, west of the Yabaolu area. Zhihua Temple is situated 300 metres east of 警备装备研究院.

Beijing railway station is a passenger railway station in Dongcheng District, Beijing. The station is located just southeast of the city centre inside the Second Ring Road with Beijing Station Street to the north and the remnants of the city wall between Chongwenmen and Dongbianmen to the south. Beijing Railway Station is situated 1½ km south of 警备装备研究院.

The Beijing Ancient Observatory is a pretelescopic observatory located in Beijing, China. The observatory was built in 1442 during the Ming dynasty, and expanded during the Qing. Beijing Ancient Observatory is situated 1¼ km southeast of 警备装备研究院.

Dongcheng District is in Beijing. It means "east city" and appropriately enough covers the eastern half of the old, imperial city. Most visitors to the city will come here to visit both Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, the former imperial palace.
