Izu Chaboten Animal Park

Izu Shaboten Zoo is a zoological park and botanical garden in Itō, Shizuoka, Japan. Founded in 1959, the zoo is currently notable for its exhibited capybaras and succulent greenhouses and is open year-round. Izu Chaboten Animal Park is situated 160 metres northwest of Kangaroos‘ Hill.

Mount Ōmuro is a 580 m -high cinder cone volcano in the Izu-Tobu volcano field of Itō, Shizuoka, Japan. At the independent peak, the yearly mountain burning that has been performed for more than 700 years is carried out in the early spring, so it is often covered with annual plants and is a symbol of Itō.
