Hadrian's Library is the ruin of a monumental building created by Roman Emperor Hadrian in AD 132 on the north side of the Acropolis of Athens. The main entrance to the library was part of the Stoa of Hadrian with columns of Karystian marble and Pentelic capitals. Hadrian’s Library is situated 180 metres south of Athens Station.

Built in 1759 during the Ottoman era, the building has since been repurposed as a traditional art museum – as an annex of the Museum of Greek Folk Art. Tzistarakis Mosque is situated 110 metres south of Athens Station.
