Tanegashima Space Center
The Tanegashima Space Center is Japan's primary spaceport, covering approximately about 9.7 million square metres. It is located on the southeastern tip of Tanegashima, the easternmost of the Ōsumi Islands, approximately 40 kilometers south of the major island of Kyushu.- Type: Tourist attraction

Yoshinobu Launch Complex is a rocket launch site at the Tanegashima Space Center on Tanegashima. The site and its collection of facilities were originally built for the H-II launch vehicle and later used for H-IIA, H-IIB and H3 launches. Yoshinobu Launch Complex is situated 3 km northeast of Tanegashima Space Center.
