Joetsu aquarium is a Japanese Public Aquarium owned by Joetsu City and located in Gochi, Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, Japan. Its origins date back to 1934, but it reopened in June 2018 under the nickname "Umigatari". Joetsu aquarium is situated 100 metres south of ダイビング・プロショップ日本海.
