Corriverton is the easternmost town in Guyana. It lies at the mouth of the Corentyne River, opposite Nieuw Nickerie, Suriname, to which it is linked by ferry from South Drain.

Crabwood Creek is a small community on the Corentyne River in the East Berbice–Corentyne region of Guyana. The population of 4,459 people as of 2012 and primarily Indo-Guyanese. Crabwood Creek is situated 6 km south of Springlands.
