Schatzenstein is a mountain of Saxony, southeastern Germany. It is located northwest of Elterlein at the municipal boundary to Zwönitz and Grünhain-Beierfeld on a local watershed which divides the drainage basins of Zwönitz river and Schwarzwasser.
