Medjana is a town and commune in Bordj Bou Arréridj Province, Algeria. It is the location the ancient city and bishopric of Vardimissa, which remains a Latin Catholic titular see. According to the 1998 census it has a population of 16,112. Medjana is situated 9 km southwest of M’Zahda.
