Akamon is a historical gate located in Bunkyō, Tokyo, Japan. One of two remaining gates of the Edo period daimyō mansions in the city. It was constructed in 1827 in the late Edo period in the residence of the Maeda clan in Edo. Red Gate is situated 320 metres northwest of University of Tokyo Headquarters Building.

Kyū-Iwasaki-tei Garden is located in Taitō, Tokyo. It is the former estate of the Iwasaki clan who were the founders of Mitsubishi. The premises have three buildings: a Western-style house designed by British architect Josiah Conder, a Japanese house and a billiard house, and cover an area of about 17,000 square metres. Kyu-Iwasaki-Tei Garden is situated 380 metres east of University of Tokyo Headquarters Building.
