The Sutphin Boulevard station is a local station on the IND Queens Boulevard Line of the New York City Subway. Located at Sutphin Boulevard and Hillside Avenue on the border of Jamaica and Briarwood in Queens, it is served by the F train at all times, the <F> train during rush hours in the reverse peak direction, and a few rush-hour E trains to Jamaica–179th Street during p.m. rush hours. Sutphin Boulevard station is situated 420 feet west of Bella’s Place.

Jamaica station is a major train station on the Long Island Rail Road located in Jamaica, Queens, New York City. With weekday ridership exceeding 200,000 passengers, it is the largest transit hub on Long Island, the fourth-busiest rail station in North America, and the second-busiest station that exclusively serves commuter traffic. Jamaica is situated 2,000 feet south of Bella’s Place.

King Manor, also known as the Rufus King House, is a historic house at 150th Street and Jamaica Avenue in Jamaica, Queens, New York City. The two-story house is the main structure in Rufus King Park, an 11.5-acre public park that preserves part of the former estate of Rufus King, a U.S. King Manor is situated 1,700 feet southeast of Bella’s Place.
