The Cathedral of Saint Mary, commonly called Chiclayo Cathedral, is the seat of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Chiclayo in Chiclayo, Peru. The cathedral church was built in the neo-classical style starting in 1869 according to designs and plans commissioned from Gustave Eiffel, nicknamed "Rose Meridionale". St. Mary’s Cathedral is situated 3½ km southwest of Santa Lucía.

Ventarrón is the site of a 4,500-year-old temple with painted murals, which was excavated in Peru in 2007 near Chiclayo, in the Lambayeque region on the northern coast. Ventarron is situated 9 km southeast of Santa Lucía.
