The Fitzgerald Theater is the oldest active theatre in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and the home of American Public Media's Live from Here. It was one of many theaters built by the Shubert Theatre Corporation, and was initially named the Sam S. Fitzgerald Theater is situated 670 feet north of Palace Theatre.

Designed to resemble a railroad dining car, the prefabricated building was constructed in 1937 by the Jerry O'Mahony Diner Company of Elizabeth, New Jersey, then shipped to Saint Paul by rail, opening in 1939.
