Changping Xishankou station is a station on the Changping Line of the Beijing Subway. It was opened on 26 December 2015. It is the current northern terminus of the line as well as the northernmost station in the entire Beijing Subway. Changping Xishankou is situated 3 km northeast of Xueshan.

Ming Tombs station, is a station on the Changping Line of the Beijing Subway. It was opened on 26 December 2015. Despite being named after the Ming Tombs, the station itself is still 4 km away from the actual Ming Tombs Scenic Area, and has no other public transport access as of 2021 due to road conditions. Ming Tombs is situated 3½ km northeast of Xueshan.

Bounded by part of Taihang Mountain Range in its north and west, Nankou borders Badaling and Jingzhuang Towns in its north, Chengnan Subdistrict and Shisanling Town in its east, Machikou and Liucun Towns in its south, and Ruiyunguan Township in its west.

It shares border with Chengbei Subdistrict to its north, Nanshao Town to its east, Machikou Area to its south and west, and has an exclave west of Chengbei Subdistrict. Chengnan Subdistrict is situated 7 km east of Xueshan.
