HTR-10 is a 10 MWt prototype high-temperature gas-cooled, pebble-bed reactor at Tsinghua University in China. Construction began in 1995, achieving its first criticality in December 2000, and was operated in full power condition in January 2003.

Situated at the immediate south of Taihang Mountain Range, Shisanling shares border with Jingzhuang Town and Dazhuangke Township in the north, Yanshou Town in the east, Cuicun and Nanshao Towns in the southeast, Chengbei and Chengnan Subdistricts in the south, and Nankou Town in the west. Shisanling is situated 6 km northeast of Xinlizhuang.

Yanshou is situated 9 km northeast of Xinlizhuang.
