Monte do Gato

Monte do Gato is a locality in União das freguesias de Sintra (Santa Maria e São Miguel, São Martinho e São Pedro de Penaferrim), Sintra, Lisbon District. Monte do Gato is situated nearby to the neighborhood Várzea de Sintra, as well as near the locality Casal da Boca do Forno.

Pena Castle

The Pena Palace is a Romanticist palace in São Pedro de Penaferrim, in the municipality of Sintra, on the Portuguese Riviera. The castle stands on the top of a hill in the Sintra Mountains above the town of Sintra, and on a clear day it can be easily seen from Lisbon and much of its metropolitan area. Pena Castle is situated 4 km south of Monte do Gato.

Quinta da Regaleira

Quinta da Regaleira is a quinta constructed from 1904 to '10 and located near the historic centre of Sintra, Portugal. It is classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO within the "Cultural Landscape of Sintra". Quinta da Regaleira is situated 3 km south of Monte do Gato.

Quinta da Ribafria

The Quinta da Ribafria is situated close to Sintra in Lisbon District, Portugal. It was built from 1536 to 1541 by Gaspar Gonçalves, a ceremonial official of the Portuguese Royal Household, on land donated to him by King Manuel I in 1515.
