is an unincorporated community in , , United States. Located in the extreme northwestern corner of the state on the Canada–United States border, is the northern terminus of U.S. Highway 75 and site of a former road border crossing. is situated 2½ miles west of Monument 836.

The rural municipality of Emerson-Franklin is the main crossing into for -bound traffic from the United States. A sparsely-populated expanse of prairie at the eastern edge of the Pembina Valley, it includes the communities of , West Lynne, Roseau River, Franklin, Arnaud, Tolstoi and Dominion City.
