Potrerillos Dam is located on the Mendoza River, in Argentina's Potrerillos Valley. The dam was built between 1999 and 2003 by a consortium consisting of Industrias Metalúrgicas Pescarmona and Cartellone to provide flood control, hydroelectricity and irrigation water. Potrerillos Dam is situated 2½ km north of Aire de montaña.

Potrerillos is a district of the Luján de Cuyo Department of the province of Mendoza, Argentina. It includes a number of small settlements along Provincial Routes 82 and 89, National Route 7, and the rivers Blanco and Mendoza. Potrerillos is situated 10 km northwest of Aire de montaña.
