The 125th Street station is an express station on the IRT Lexington Avenue Line of the New York City Subway. Located at Lexington Avenue and East 125th Street in the East Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan, it is served by the 4 and 6 trains at all times, the 5 train at all times except late nights, and the <6> train during weekdays in peak direction. 125th Street station is situated 530 feet southeast of Harlem–125th Street station.

The Langston Hughes House is a historic home located in Harlem, Manhattan, New York City. It is an Italianate style dwelling built in 1869. It is a three-story-with-basement, rowhouse faced in brownstone and measuring 20 feet wide and 45 feet deep. Langston Hughes House is situated 840 feet northwest of Harlem–125th Street station.
