Kadiivka or Stakhanov, is a city in Alchevsk Raion, Luhansk Oblast, Donbas, eastern Ukraine. Residence of Kadiivka urban hromada. It is located on the Komyshuvakha River, a right tributary of the Luhan. Kadiivka is situated 6 km north of Авдаково.
