Gladsaxehus is a ruined castle in Gladsax parish, in the Simrishamn Municipality of Skåne in south-eastern Sweden. The ruins lie immediately to the east of the church and cemetery of Gladsax. Gladsaxehus is situated 2½ km northwest of Bjärsjö.
