The Old Indian Meeting House is a historic meeting house at 410 Meetinghouse Road in Mashpee, Massachusetts. Built in 1758, the meetinghouse is the oldest Native American church in the eastern United States. Old Indian Church is situated 1¼ miles southwest of Castaway Cafe.

Mashpee is in Massachusetts on Cape Cod. It includes the village of New Seabury. Purchased in 1660 to be a reservation for the Wampanoag tribe and later revoked and incorporated as a town. Until the 1960s, Wampanoags made up the majority of the population.
