Ataliva is a town in the department of Castellanos in the province of Santa Fe, Argentina. Founded at the end of the 19th century, it maintains some of the characteristics of the rest of the colonies: it is from the beginning a purely agricultural colony, with a population coming from a mostly Italian immigration process. Ataliva is situated 8 km northwest of Galisteo.
