The Jardin Exotique de Monaco is a botanical garden located on a cliffside in Monaco. The garden, which first opened in 1931, primarily features exotic succulent plants.

The Stade Louis II, or simply Louis II is a stadium located in the Fontvieille district of Monaco, near the border with Cap-d'Ail commune of France. It serves primarily as a venue for Athletics and football, being the home of AS Monaco. Stade Louis II is situated 410 metres south of Grottes de l’Observatoire.

Jardin Exotique is the westernmost ward in the Principality of Monaco. It is incorporated in the traditional quarter of La Condamine. Jardin Exotique ward was created in 2013, from the Les Révoires and La Colle wards, as part of an overall re-redistricting at that time.
