Reikyū Shrine is a Shinto shrine in Shimabara, Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan. It enshrines the first Shōgun of the Tokugawa Shogunate, Tokugawa Ieyasu. Reikyū Shrine is situated 170 metres east of Reikyukoen-Taiikukan.

This five-story white building stands in stark contrast to the black Kumamoto Castle in neighboring Kumamoto Prefecture. Shimabara Castle is situated 1 km northwest of Reikyukoen-Taiikukan.
