Milltownpass is a village in County Westmeath, Ireland. It is in the south of the county, 10 km south-east of Mullingar. The village is on the R446 regional road; the old route was replaced by a dual-carriageway from Kinnegad to Tyrrellspass in 2006, bypassing the village. Milltownpass is situated 8 km southwest of Lock 22.
