The Red River Zoo is a zoo in Fargo, North Dakota. The zoo's first 8 acres opened in the spring of 1999. It gained accreditation from the Association of Zoos and Aquariums in 2006. Red River Zoo is situated 2½ miles northwest of Southpointe.

Fargo South High School, commonly known as Fargo South, South High, and South, is a public high school in Fargo, North Dakota. It serves about 1,000 students in grades 9-12. Fargo South High School is situated 2 miles north of Southpointe.
