The is a Cable-stayed bridge that connects the cities of and , in by the Puerto Rico Highway 5. It was named after Jesus Izcoa Moure, as he was the first state legislator to be a native of Naranjito, and his signature is stamped on the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. is situated 3½ km south of Ortiz.
