Ghurki is the name of a village of Arain tribe on the outskirts of Lahore, Punjab. This family is named after the Ghurki Arain village who was known for being a gold trader of Lahore, prominent member being along with his brothers Yousaf Ghurki and Younas Ghurki. Ghurki is situated 5 km south of Jiwan Singh Haveli.

It is situated 25 km west of the Sikh holy city of Amritsar, and is the last Indian station on the rail route connecting Lahore, Pakistan with the Indian capital Delhi. Attari is situated 7 km north of Jiwan Singh Haveli.
