Euxinograd is a late 19th-century Bulgarian former royal summer palace and park on the Black Sea coast, 8 kilometres north of downtown Varna. The palace is currently a governmental and presidential retreat, hosting cabinet meetings in the summer and offering access for tourists to several villas and hotels. Euxinograd is situated 2 km east of Citimarket.

Stadion Ticha is a multi-purpose stadium in Varna, Bulgaria, located in the Chayka district of the city. Currently, the stadium is used for football matches and is the home ground of Cherno More Varna. ‘Ticha’ Stadium is situated 2½ km west of Citimarket.
