Yerevan Mall is a shopping mall located on Arshakunyats Avenue, Yerevan, Armenia. Opened in 2014, it is the second largest mall in Armenia in terms of number of stores and total floor area. Yerevan Mall is situated 460 metres northeast of RTS.

The Armenian Railways Museum is a railway museum in Yerevan, Armenia. On 31 July 2009, the South Caucasus Railway Company, a rail operator in Armenia, owned by Russian Railways, opened the Railway Museum in Yerevan in the building of Yerevan railway station. Armenian Railways Museum is situated 1¼ km east of RTS.

Komitas Park and Pantheon is located in Yerevan's Shengavit District, on the right side of the main Arshakunyats Avenue, in Armenia. It was formed in 1936 after the demolition of the "Mler" cemetery and its historic chapel. Komitas Pantheon is situated 1¼ km northeast of RTS.
