Sighișoara Citadel

The Historic Centre of Sighișoara is the old historic center of the town of Sighișoara, Romania, built in the 12th century by Saxon settlers. It is an inhabited medieval citadel that, in 1999, was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its 850-year-old testament to the history and culture of the Transylvanian Saxons. Sighișoara Citadel is situated 400 metres northwest of Coșbuc Residence.

Tin Smiths‘ Tower

The Tinsmiths' Tower is one of the nine towers located in the citadel of Sighișoara, belonging to Mureș County in Romania. It has the most expressive architecture: 25 meters high, the tower starts with a square base, right after the brick trunk stands in pentagonal shape and above suddenly widens and becomes octagonal. Tin Smiths‘ Tower is situated 300 metres northwest of Coșbuc Residence.

The City Hall of Sighişoara, Romania, is located near to Monastery Church. The building was built between 1887 and 1888. In the upper floor there is a baroque hall, which hosts an Academic Music festival and many other concerts of prestigious bands.
