CITIC Tower, also known as China Zun, is a supertall skyscraper in the Central Business District of Beijing, China. The 109-story, 528-metre building constructed by China Construction Third Engineering Bureau is the tallest in the city, surpassing the China World Trade Center Tower III by 190 metres. CITIC Tower is situated 1 km west of Hongmiao.

The Television Cultural Center is a 34-story skyscraper on East Third Ring Road, Guanghua Road in the Central Business District of Beijing, China. Featuring a hotel, a theater, and several television studios, the building was scheduled to open in mid-May 2009. Television Cultural Center is situated 1¼ km west of Hongmiao.
